Amazing
GGuest UserGreat, clean & friendly hotel. It's got a young & trendy type of vibe. Not as centrally located for what we needed, but we didn't mind the extra walking. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was that the breakfast was a bit sparse, we weren't late but there was hardly anything left, luckily we weren't too hungry and made do with a couple of croissants (maybe wouldn't have paid extra for breakfast if we'd have known)

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night but we thought the hotel and all the staff was lovely. We had no issues, great location, clean, really spacious room and all the normal things were all working. (lifts, AC etc). The hotel is really in a great place, very close to the shopping centre, food places etc small businesses aswell! Loads of bus stops near by. The bus stop to the station was only a few minutes walk which we thought was good. Had plently of room in the room for our bags and coats. Very quiet, no issue with the busy street at night. We had a lovely time, would definitely recommend and return at some point. Definitely worth the money.

GGuest UserBeautifully and exceptionally clean hotel lobby and room but room decor was very cold and bland. Comfy bed, lovely shower and great range of products to use. We had a very good breakfast included in our stay and lots of choice. Atmosphere was very flat and depressing - no chatter or conversation from staff which was a shame - probably the constant depressing ‘music’ which was being played. Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly. Most staff looked glum, no conversation or friendliness just bored young staff behind the bar. One lady at reception made up for all of them with her super-bubbly personality. Quite a few were on their phones - hotel was very quiet for a bank holiday. NO parking on-site but there is use of another nearby. Food was okay-to-good - nothing outstanding and quite expensive but only to be expected in a city hotel. Overall, it was worth the discounted price we got it for - definitely would have looked elsewhere if it had been full price.

DDivsb⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐ I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

GGuest UserExcellent service at the front desk and a clean, comfortable room. The TV was struggling to find signal and maintenance wasn't available as it was late at night, but the staff worked hard to compensate for the inconvenience and ensure I had a great stay.

GGuest UserArrived at 10pm was greeted by a polite man. On arrival to room, found blood in bathroom. Hot water from sink but not in shower. Bedroom was pretty dusty but beds were very clean and comfy. Bedroom are huge with plenty of storage. Great location cross the road and your in Cabot circus and also 2 days of parking was free. Will definitely be returning at some point.

GGuest UserThis hotel was fantastic. It is very central but on a busy road island and so can be easy to miss the turning. Discounted NCP was next door though for super convenient parking. Service, facilities and cleanliness were all great. I had an executive room so access to the lounge and food/drinks was perfect having arrived later in the day on a Sunday. Breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely stay again. Great value too having shopped around.

VVegan in ChinaPositives: Really cozy guesthouse in a perfect central location in St Nicolas Market. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and easy access by walking or public transit to all locations. Beds were very comfy, it was hard to get out of them in the morning 😆. Room was clean, and coffee, tea and biscuits provided as well as toiletry essentials. It also had some hostel vibes with boardgames and books to pick up and read. Negatives: Wifi in our room was terrible, so I needed to do work in the dining area (but there are lots of tables and it's quiet). It was fairly quiet, but you can sometimes hear neighbours through the walls or rowdy students at the pubs if you leave the window open. Would also appreciate vegan options for breakfast 👀 if possible. Overall very good value and would come stay again!

WWKYYIUIt meets overall expectations. Some communications are certainly needed to make sure there is a correct understanding of arrangement of cleaning service and other services. The property itself is a big aged I would say. The washing and drying machines seems old and took long time to do washing. However the apartment is generally clean and with quite a bit of sunshine. Right value I would say. Overall the apartment is in a fantastic location, right next to Cabot Circus. Convenient for food and general walk around. Yet not too far away from the old town - very walkable within 20minutes. The place is further away from Clifton Village and Suspension Bridge.
