There is no water, slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste. There is no paper towel in the room, only in the bathroom. The paper is average. Hilton hotels abroad are very simple and ordinary. The quilt is a bit thin. The kettle is not ideal. In addition, the toilet seat was not cleaned. I cleaned it myself.

A lovely receptionist, Victoria, who was very efficient and helpful.
The personnel in the hotel were in general nice and friendly.
Things that require improvement:
Mattresses (uncomfortable, every time one moves you can hear springs, at some point it felt that they would pop out)
Pillows
Facilities, for example, a hair dryer that is not melted.
Carpets were dirty
Quality of food - better wine (not the one that is opened and kept for few days).
