RRobert HoopetVery nice room, not accessible as we had booked but we did arrive very late. Reception were very kind and brought us some extra pillows to help support my husband as he had large tumour on his leg. Breakfast was very good, everything we needed. Some nice touches including fresh fruit and yoghurt and some fruit smoothies. Very happy with our stay.

JJourneyman TravellerArrived about 10pm due to a delayed flight. The young man on reception was courteous and polite. After hearing my tale of woe about my day, he immediately upgraded my room, something which I thoroughly appreciated. My stay was relatively short, but in the ten hours I spent there, all staff were polite, efficient and approachable. I'm a fairly hardy solo traveller, so speaking for myself, the location was fine, a five minutes walk from Bristol Bus Station. All in all, a pleasant stay, no complaints.

GGuest UserBeautifully and exceptionally clean hotel lobby and room but room decor was very cold and bland. Comfy bed, lovely shower and great range of products to use. We had a very good breakfast included in our stay and lots of choice. Atmosphere was very flat and depressing - no chatter or conversation from staff which was a shame - probably the constant depressing ‘music’ which was being played. Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly. Most staff looked glum, no conversation or friendliness just bored young staff behind the bar. One lady at reception made up for all of them with her super-bubbly personality. Quite a few were on their phones - hotel was very quiet for a bank holiday. NO parking on-site but there is use of another nearby. Food was okay-to-good - nothing outstanding and quite expensive but only to be expected in a city hotel. Overall, it was worth the discounted price we got it for - definitely would have looked elsewhere if it had been full price.

DDivsb⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐ I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!

GGuest UserIf you manage to get a good deal on this at around 110 lb per night then the hotel is not too bad at the full price in excess of $150 160 lb a night. This represents really bad value. The hotel is very tired. The heating is non-existent and the hot water is in limited supply. The service from the staff was excellent and the location is superb. It's just that this is a hotel desperately in need of love and refurbishment. There was evidence of cost cutting in most areas such as a cheap coffee and tea in the rooms, heating that wouldn't turn on and minimal hot water (5 minutes at most). For the right price it's bearable for a couple of nights but at full price there are better deals out there in Bristol

GGuest UserGreat location for Bristol airport. Comfy beds, kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Airport shuttle service available, however this is £8 p.p. which I think is a little steep, considering you're staying at the hotel. On site restaurant is also a bit pricey and they don't stock flavoured gin at the bar!

GGuest UserA comfortable enough stay at the Future Inn. Though our room was a bit noisy from constant traffic outside on busy multi lane road. We had requested a room facing the rear but one may not have been available - though we remarked that the hotel did not seem busy.We appreciated the easy parking arrangements. And the buffet breakfast was well above average for this type of hotel. On a previous stay our room was showing definite signs of wear and tear, but on this occasion we thought the standard of decor etc was a little higher. Would stay again if we could do so for a fair price.

VVegan in ChinaPositives: Really cozy guesthouse in a perfect central location in St Nicolas Market. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and easy access by walking or public transit to all locations. Beds were very comfy, it was hard to get out of them in the morning 😆. Room was clean, and coffee, tea and biscuits provided as well as toiletry essentials. It also had some hostel vibes with boardgames and books to pick up and read. Negatives: Wifi in our room was terrible, so I needed to do work in the dining area (but there are lots of tables and it's quiet). It was fairly quiet, but you can sometimes hear neighbours through the walls or rowdy students at the pubs if you leave the window open. Would also appreciate vegan options for breakfast 👀 if possible. Overall very good value and would come stay again!

SSopartThe hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet provided was plentiful. Definitely would stay again!
