"We arrived to the hotel late at night, check in was quick and simple, had a good nights sleep then a great breakfast in the morning. Rooms are basic and missing some necessary storage or shelving."

Amazing
GGuest UserGreat, clean & friendly hotel. It's got a young & trendy type of vibe. Not as centrally located for what we needed, but we didn't mind the extra walking.
Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was that the breakfast was a bit sparse, we weren't late but there was hardly anything left, luckily we weren't too hungry and made do with a couple of croissants (maybe wouldn't have paid extra for breakfast if we'd have known)
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night but we thought the hotel and all the staff was lovely. We had no issues, great location, clean, really spacious room and all the normal things were all working. (lifts, AC etc). The hotel is really in a great place, very close to the shopping centre, food places etc small businesses aswell! Loads of bus stops near by. The bus stop to the station was only a few minutes walk which we thought was good. Had plently of room in the room for our bags and coats. Very quiet, no issue with the busy street at night. We had a lovely time, would definitely recommend and return at some point. Definitely worth the money.
GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights recently. Everything about the hotel was right but we particularly liked the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor was modern but not too minimalist. All fittings were in good condition and the heating and air-conditioning worked.
We did not eat at the hotel as there are nice cafes etc very close by and a proper pub just up to road.
The hotel is not in the very centre of Bristol but it's close to everything. Ideal for us.
A subsidised car park is only a five minute walk away.
All staff were friendly and helpful too.
We will stay again.
GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to Temple Meads train station, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the main city attractions. Although the room's interior is simple, it has all the essential amenities, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom also comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The bed was very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
DDivsb⭐ Amazing Stay at Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre ⭐
I had an incredible experience staying at Double Tree by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window.
The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in!
The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!
GGuest UserArrived at 10pm was greeted by a polite man.
On arrival to room, found blood in bathroom. Hot water from sink but not in shower.
Bedroom was pretty dusty but beds were very clean and comfy.
Bedroom are huge with plenty of storage.
Great location cross the road and your in Cabot circus and also 2 days of parking was free.
Will definitely be returning at some point.
GGuest UserThis hotel was fantastic. It is very central but on a busy road island and so can be easy to miss the turning. Discounted NCP was next door though for super convenient parking. Service, facilities and cleanliness were all great. I had an executive room so access to the lounge and food/drinks was perfect having arrived later in the day on a Sunday. Breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely stay again. Great value too having shopped around.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Grand Bristol by Sunday for one night over the weekend. Overall, it was okay and served its purpose for a short stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed.
There were a couple of downsides, though. The shower was a bit unusual and not the easiest to use, which made it less enjoyable. Also, the walls seemed very thin, so I could hear quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms.
That said, for a short stay it did the job, and the location and basic facilities were adequate. I would consider staying again if I just needed somewhere convenient for a night.
SsrchmzWe stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned.
There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive.
Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.
