Amazing
DDarrenwiltThe hotel was very central so parking wasn't great. We had to park in a multi-storey car park which wasn't ideal. The main good points was that the staff were exceptional. Always friendly, always smiling. Congratulations to all the staff on this. I felt the hotel had a friendly, hostel feel, with a pool table in the lobby/bar area. Would definitely recommend to people on Leisure trips. I was on a business trip so the rooms were a little dark, which made it difficult. The beds were very comfy and I had a great night sleep. Thankyou to all the staff for making us so welcome
GGuest UserEnjoyed a great stay. Stayed one night before going on holiday, will be staying again when we return in March. Clean hotel, good choice of evening food & a fantastic full breakfast available. Rooms clean & tidy & a bed to sleep in for hours & hours ! A great visit - what's not to like 😀
GGuest UserBeautifully and exceptionally clean hotel lobby and room but room decor was very cold and bland. Comfy bed, lovely shower and great range of products to use. We had a very good breakfast included in our stay and lots of choice. Atmosphere was very flat and depressing - no chatter or conversation from staff which was a shame - probably the constant depressing ‘music’ which was being played.
Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly.
Most staff looked glum, no conversation or friendliness just bored young staff behind the bar. One lady at reception made up for all of them with her super-bubbly personality. Quite a few were on their phones - hotel was very quiet for a bank holiday. NO parking on-site but there is use of another nearby.
Food was okay-to-good - nothing outstanding and quite expensive but only to be expected in a city hotel.
Overall, it was worth the discounted price we got it for - definitely would have looked elsewhere if it had been full price.
NNattybongoGreat location, quite close to the train station, easily location, rooms are quite spacious and clean, heating system was very confusing couldn't figure it out but the breakfast was on point.
BBuzzingtravelerI have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our trip.
GGuest UserA comfortable enough stay at the Future Inn. Though our room was a bit noisy from constant traffic outside on busy multi lane road. We had requested a room facing the rear but one may not have been available - though we remarked that the hotel did not seem busy.We appreciated the easy parking arrangements. And the buffet breakfast was well above average for this type of hotel. On a previous stay our room was showing definite signs of wear and tear, but on this occasion we thought the standard of decor etc was a little higher. Would stay again if we could do so for a fair price.
WWingssssOverall, it was a great experience. We were given a room on the 9th floor, offering a different perspective of Bristol. The stay was comfortable, the environment was nice, and the facilities were decent. Definitely better than the Holiday Inn in the city center.
VVegan in ChinaPositives: Really cozy guesthouse in a perfect central location in St Nicolas Market. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and easy access by walking or public transit to all locations. Beds were very comfy, it was hard to get out of them in the morning 😆. Room was clean, and coffee, tea and biscuits provided as well as toiletry essentials. It also had some hostel vibes with boardgames and books to pick up and read.
Negatives: Wifi in our room was terrible, so I needed to do work in the dining area (but there are lots of tables and it's quiet). It was fairly quiet, but you can sometimes hear neighbours through the walls or rowdy students at the pubs if you leave the window open. Would also appreciate vegan options for breakfast 👀 if possible.
Overall very good value and would come stay again!

Very Good
AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsThe hotel is very easy to find and is a five minuet walk from the station. The rooms are neat and today and offer tea and coffee. The shower is great, a walk in shower with hot water. Breakfast is good if you go early, food gets a bit well done if you are a late riser. The rooms at the back of the building offer quieter nights. They also have a nicer view of the city. The big windows are great for reading. Bristol is an exciting city to visit and the museums are great. The hotel is a good walk through some historical sites into the main shopping areas and offers central travel options. As it was a cultural stay the images show what’s on offer.
