There is no front desk service. You have to call and report your confirmation number and order number to get the entry and room password. I relied on Trip.com customer service for help throughout the entire process before I could check in.

Problems with check-in resolved after more than an hour. The room was clean, the location is far from the center, but reachable by public transport quite comfortably.

Poor hotel wouldn’t use them again. Would expect much better for the price.

On arrival, room hadn't been cleaned. Previous guest still had their body shape in the pillows and duvet. dirty towels left in bathroom and rotten food left in the bin. Basically the room hadn't been cleaned. As this hostel is unmanned there is no actual human being to contact.

Nice clean rooms at a good price for Bristol, communal fridge microwave iron is a nice touch will deffo use again

Nice room and affordable. A bit cold but the heater made it warm. Good internet and signal so all around was a nice stay
