The room is fair but better not to choose the main road size as it will be more noisy

It is our first time to live. Staff are helpful! Very nice hotel!

Whilst I can't fault the basics, we unfortunately had very loud guests on our floor, staying across multiple rooms, who were partying until 4am. Doors opening/closing, shouting, and laughing. When I went to reception to complain, it was down to just one young girl to go up and ask them to be quiet, which I feel is unfair on her (why no security?) £85 for one night, I really expect to be able to sleep at least.

Right next to the railway station. Not far from some pubs and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is good and the room is clean and tidy. really recommend

Air conditioner was not working properly. Also the water force was not proper in the bathroom. Upon asking to change the room, they said they do not have another room instead they offered 2 complimentary drinks as a compensation. We asked for a fan as AC was not working but it was not provided.

It's close to the train station and there's a parking lot behind the building so it's a good location. The staff is friendly and The room is clean. We enjoyed the stay and would consider to stay with this hotel again.

Ideal location for city center. Parking right behind hotel rooms are basic but very comfortable Breakfast was ok...not much variety, just bacon, sausages, beans and scrambled eggs.

I stayed in Bristol for 2 days for a short holiday. The hotel is very closed to the train station Bristol Temple Meads but 20 min walking from the centre of Bristol. The breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, muffin, bread, besides of coffee and juices. The room was clean and nice. Highly recommended.

We asked for a wine opener and the staff just simply knocked my door within 3mins and helped me open it. It's so nice!

A good place to stay near Temple Meads Station and city centre. Room was a bit cold, everything else excellent.

Only scrambled eggs no other sort. Costs extra for parking. Costs extra to stay there because of clean air zone. None of which was apparent before booking. No idea what a pink gin is and in a sea fairing town as well. Nothing really wrong with it: just the same as any of these cloned chains but at twice the price.
