Best location for shopping and travelling by short walking distance. The bedsheet and pillows very very clean with freshness. I like the biscuits especially the ginger nuts. The ladies from the housekeeping are friendly and done their best to keep our room clean.

Randomly assigned room: I booked a king-size bed room with a city view, but when I checked in, I was assigned to a standard room on the second floor by a male staff member with no city view. Looking back at the order, it specified floors 3 to 6. I checked with the staff again, but they said they all had city views, and that they didn't tell me the floor requirements when I checked in. Although a higher floor was arranged in the end, if we didn't pursue it, we might have to pay a higher price to stay in a flat room. The hotel said it was not specified when booking the hotel through Trip.com. Is it true? If so, does the webpage contain any misleading elements?
The room facilities are relatively old: The faucet is turned off and water splashes when washing hands. The air conditioner is very noisy. Finally, the air-conditioning iron bars actually fell from the ceiling. Fortunately, there was no one nearby, it would be unthinkable to be hit😫
To sum up, maybe I am not lucky. However, the location is ideal and easy to access from the street. But I won’t consider it again as there are other options in the city.

Totally smoothe stay, room was clean, comfy bed, quiet at night (room overlooking the small carparking area at rear) just simple and convenient. Would have preferred a bigger mug for my tea in the morning, but otherwise I wouldn't change anything else!

The bed is super big!! And free parking!! Check out at 12 o'clock!! It's hard not to love it!! The shower gel is disposable, clean and hygienic!! I like it very much!

Everything about this hotel is great and the price is fantastic, with the location being really good too.
Would I stay here again, definitely, but I would not take the breakfast option, it is chaos. The set up is awful as it is downstairs, where everything is so crammed, you have to wait at the bottom of the stairs to be seated (people trying to pass to leave the restaurant, the staff were run off their feet, there were 4 of us and we had to be split and sat at 2 different tables as they could not accommodate a table for 4. Also, the dynamics and layout of the breakfast area is a total mess, no-one knows where and how to form orderly queues (I put this part down to restaurant management) where it could have been so much easier for people. Finding items was also a nightmare due to the amount of people crammed into such a small space. If management could sort out their breakfast arrangements, which shouldn't be that difficult, why have people queuing at the bottom of the only stairs to get in and out, plus the foot of the stairs are literally 6ft from the kitchen service area, it is a ridiculous situation and setup. There is a huge lounge above the restaurant, if they are low on space, then have people seat in the lounge upstairs and maybe be offered a drink, until they know tables are ready downstairs.
We literally could not wait to get out of there ... it actually tainted what was a really good stay and experience for me as the rooms are really nice, clean and spacious and the staff are excellent and work hard.
I would book a room again for sure as the prices are excellent for such a pleasant and spacious hotel, but I would never book any form of dining here... especially breakfast.

The location is very close to the shopping mall, transportation is convenient, and the service staff's attitude is also very good. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and no noise was heard. Fully equipped with heated towel rail.
