Upon arrival, was informed by reception that because I arrived late, they had cancelled my booking. They demanded payment of GBP 50 for reinstating my reservation.
Room was above a pub and there were constant noises until pass midnight everynight. Bedsheets were dirty.
When we were checking out, asked reception to book a metered taxi for us. She ended up booking a car for us which charged us double.
All in all, the most disappointing hotel stay of my life.
