New beds are far better than old. Although reception was busy at check in we all got through in a timely manner. No discount cards for car park but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was a good start to the day and Channelle (I think) happily assisted us with our luggage after we left (our train wasn’t for another 3 hours) well done Premier Inn

I've stayed in many Premier Inn hotels but this was my first experience of a Premier Plus room and I was impressed. There are little upgrades to nearly everything which make a big difference to the premium feel. You still get the odd stain and damage to furniture you often see in budget chains but the extra I paid was definitely worth it. The Finzels Reach hotel is also one of the better I've staid in. Nice breakfast area and well placed for a few bars, restaurants, and a scenic walk to the shopping area.

Premier Inn (Finzel’s Reach) was a brilliant stay. Great location, everywhere in the city centre was walkable and close to the train station. The hotel was a modern building and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The surrounding area felt safe and was quiet. I would highly recommend.

Regular users of this hotel. Ideally situated, always clean and welcoming. Staff always great. Breakfast excellent. Room is ideal for us. Only issue is the 3 o'clock sign in time - this could be earlier (without having to pay £10)

This hotel is situated in a great location. Not too far from the railway station. It has several bars and restaurants close by. It is also close to various attractions. Also close to the river, where you can get a River boat ferry.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay there again.
