Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach)

The location is good and convenience.

I’ve stayed here , many times , usually to see live music in Bristol. I thought it was time I wrote a review ! It has always been a great place to stay Reception staff are helpful , efficient and friendly , rooms have all the usual Premier Inn virtues - air con , comfy beds , electric kettle , logical lighting controls , free - though often slow - wifi. I think the Premier Plus rooms are worth the upgrade when the price difference is only ten per cent or so . There is a decent Premier Inn breakfast , and the hotel is well situated and only a short stroll from lots of pubs , restaurants and shops. Check out time is 12 noon , which is very convenient. Car parking is about ten minutes walk away. The car park is secure , and hotel guests have a discount on the daily rate. Can’t think of much negative to say . I’m sure I will be back.

Really good stopover here. Very helpful staff on arrival who let me check in early which was kind after a 6 hour train journey. Tasty breakfasts with plenty of choice and the usual PI menu for evenings served me well. Lovely team at this place and a great location close to nice bars and restaurants.

Check in was seamless, staff friendly and polite. I was kindly upgraded to a premier room, much better than the standard and I will be booking these rooms in the future. I gave a 5 star review as my experience was almost perfect. The only negative highlighted in my experience was the chef for breakfast that was not in chef whites, all other hotels/restaurants I’ve previously visited wore uniform so that germs weren’t spread. He also seemed irritated and didn’t return my ‘good morning’ this aside, an impressive stay.

Great location, great food and great bar Sammy and Lexie were very helpful and gave us an amazing fun night and a good laugh on the evening They worked very hard all night giving they had some problems and the restaurant was quite busy Good for local amenities. Came here for a stag do and had a really good night all around.

A very good location 10 min walk from Temple Meads Station. A few minutes away and you are in the city and various water ways. Room was spacious excellently serviced and extremely comfortable bed.No noise from the exterior surrounding area.

I would love to go again and I had amazing time, I can't think of anything else at the moment. I enjoyed myself

New beds are far better than old. Although reception was busy at check in we all got through in a timely manner. No discount cards for car park but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was a good start to the day and Channelle (I think) happily assisted us with our luggage after we left (our train wasn’t for another 3 hours) well done Premier Inn

I've stayed in many Premier Inn hotels but this was my first experience of a Premier Plus room and I was impressed. There are little upgrades to nearly everything which make a big difference to the premium feel. You still get the odd stain and damage to furniture you often see in budget chains but the extra I paid was definitely worth it. The Finzels Reach hotel is also one of the better I've staid in. Nice breakfast area and well placed for a few bars, restaurants, and a scenic walk to the shopping area.
