Great hotel, clean and hygienic. The surrounding shopping, eating and transportation are very convenient. I have stayed many times, and this hotel is the first choice when I come to Bristol.

Overall we have a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is in the market little tricky for google map. A bit disappointing as there’s no air conditioning during summer.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the market right in the center of Bristol. The twin room was nice and comfortable. The personnel was lovely. Very nice English Breakfast also

Staying in a trailer on a roof is pretty sick, was well cosy, only wish the TV had some Netflix or something. Had a lush time regardless, they receptionists were really welcoming as well!

We had a lovely stay at brooks hotel. It’s in walking distance to everything you need. The receptionist was very friendly and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel until our check in time. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, shower and toilet were all spotless. Will definitely be returning :)

Lovely people Room is fine but the noise ….. it is right bang in the middle of the city (fabulous) but right next to pubs/loud music so there’s no chance of a quiet nice sleep. Great party hotel if you are young and out for a loud weekend of partying …. but don’t book if you want a quiet night …. The music is still blaring outside at 1 a.m. Weird running water noises sporadically coming through the wall too ….. not enjoying my night here …..
