Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and delicious with lots of options to chose from as well as vegetarian. The hotel though, was very tired. There were 8 packing bays. There was no one to at reception. We had to phone them to get someone register our arrival. Once we had left the reception area, we were very concerned what we had booked. The stair case was very tired and dirty. The corridors were just the same. It felt like it was more like a hostel. The room was very basic. And not very clean. The bathroom had dirty grout and mastix. It was musty and smelt of mould. We had one bath towel and one teaspoon. There was an ironing board and iron. And there were 7 hangers. We were only staying one night, or I would have moved hotels, because of the cleanliness. There was a fridge and microwave in the corridor. You could hear the constant noise of traffic all night, which isn't the hotels fault but just be aware.
