Fantastic trip, spotless well equipped apar**ent in a perfect location to explore Bristol. Spacious enough for a family trip and for everyone to have enough space. Great and clear communication re: check in and out. Fantastic value as well given the facilities provided.

The apar**ent was luxurious, homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean, and we had a great few days there, attending our daughter’s graduation. We booked direct with Your stay so got the best price for our stay, which included an off-road parking space. Their communication was excellent and the entry arrangements were easy to follow ( a code was given to enter the building and another to open the safe which contained the keys to apar**ent 8 which was in the 2nd floor.) It is located in an extremely quiet and safe location, and was only a short walk to Whiteladies Road and Clifton village, which both had a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bristol.

The apt is nicely kept, clean and well maintained. Hot water, soft bed, quiet upmarket location, safe all good. Cons : 1) Flat 5 is a 2 bedrm apt and on 2nd floor. Tough to lug up our suitcases up the curvy narrow staircase. 2) No aircon and windows can only open 2 inches, very hot and stuffy in the summer heat. The tiny fans provided does npt provide much relief. 3) The washer dryer is not in gd working condition so clothes can be washed but not dried? 4) Didnt know there would be no reception and everything is online and faceless...
