Gorgeous hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Fab location and vistas onto the harbour. Handy for transport links too. Good service. Received free upgrade to a Classic Room. Sadly no view except concrete. The bar inside is classy and elegant, outside you could watch the world go by for hours. A very nice Chablis was had.

Stayed at this hotel several times. It's in a great location, is clean & presented very well.
Staff are very helpful & friendly.
Our room was slightly disappointing, as although a good size, the bathroom was quite small, the air-con was noisy & the double bed dipped in the middle.
However, would happily stay here again on our next trip to Bristol.

The hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally.
The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean.
Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided.
We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this.
Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

Location is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre.
Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…

From Ajay to Vanessa, the staff were well trained, knowledgeable and helpful Nothing was too much trouble for them The room was well appointed and cleaned every day. Restaurant was excellent, over the 4 days we had breakfast, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea and an evening meal

One of the best run hotels in Bristol and beyond. Superb staff and quality bedrooms and amenities. Wonderful dinning experience. Perfect for visiting all that Bristol has to offer and more. 5 star experience. Very close to restaurants, bars, night life, the big wheel and the Glorious Brunel Iron passenger liner.

Second time visiting the Bristol hotel and once again the hospitality and of course the amazing staff did not disappoint. They made my parents and I feel very special and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast and dinner was superb and the cocktails were a delight. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and updated and very clean. I had the best sleep ever. I will definitely visit again in the summer this time. All the staff deserve a special mention.
