The waiters are very friendly. Some facilities such as hair dryer and curtains are a little dated, but the room is generally ok.

A decent stay at this hotel which is situated in a good Clifton location. Check in was smooth and the room was adequate. However the hotel is part if a Quarter Group who are very unforthcoming in resolving issues!
Wouldn't recommend staying in a property this group operate.

Africa was so lovely and accommodating upon my check-out! The hotel was also wonderful, really well located with a lovely bar and biscuits in the room. The shower was nice and hot and bed very comfy. The bar in the garden is very sunny during sunset too which is a bonus. Yay!

A really nice hotel. Location can’t be beat for that side of town. 24 reception with friendly staff, really nice bar and restaurant downstairs Rooms are all different for nice and comfortable. Will stay here again next time I’m in Bristol. Highly recommend
