The hygienic environment is too poor and terrible... There is a pool of dirty blood on the bed sheet 🤮🤮🤮 Check out overnight

excellent trip with family! My 5th stay at the hotel and always a wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is terrific. Rooms are always clean and service is great. Would highly recommend this hotel and shall be back again!

For more than £150 per night I expected more than a tiny room at the top of five flights of stairs. There was just room to walk around the beds but certainly no room for a chair. Very small hanging space so coats, clothes had to go on the floor. Nice bathroom but only a small shelf so toiletries went on the floor.

A lovely hotel, right in the middle of Clifton. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. Nice breakfast with a good choice of menu. Parking right outside on a first come basis. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay again when in Bristol.

This is an amazing hotel. The reception staff are very polite and professional, the room has all you need and hasn't skimped on things like horrible instant coffee, and gives you a french press, all in elegant surroundings and a great mattress. Great value too.

This is a really lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Clifton. It’s recently had a little facelift & looks gorgeous. The staff are really friendly & helpful. The breakfast is truly the best , I’ve eaten many English breakfasts. & this is the best of them all . The young lady serving us is very polite & helpful. . Looking forward to my next visit already . Thank you so much to everyone that makes this pretty little hotel amazing . Not forgetting its excellent value .
