We only booked for one night. Room was spacious. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was really well presented. Waiting in line for toast a little inconvenient - too cramped, by the time the toast arrives, the rest of the breakfast is cold. Food was good. Room was clean and well presented, but bathroom tapware needs attention - they were so tightly closed because they drip constantly otherwise - made it so hard to open (especially for someone with arthritis) Shampoo dispenser did not work - not sure if empty or just faulty. Good location and overall a nice stay.

Sofitel was great and clean but the hotel is quite dated and it shows. However still worth a stay as it is safe and reliable. would stay again if i was coming to broadbeach

Hotel is getting old and swimming pool was not heated. Service and location is great.

The rooms in the old hotel have balconies. Although I don't live in a sea view room, the view from the high floor is good. Breakfast is the highlight and lives up to the Sofitel name. The underground parking lot is charged but easy to access.

It's just okay. Don't put too much hope in it. It's very close to PF, but the room can't see the sea and is blocked by the building in front. Just average? Apart from the location it's pretty good.

It's a very convenient location, close to the beach, with a supermarket and cafe in the same building as the hotel, and it felt like a peaceful area without any noise at night. The facilities in the room are what you would call a normal hotel, but although there was a large space by the window, there was no sofa table. (For some reason, there was a desk both at the entrance and inside the room.) I think it would have been nice to have a table set because the Sofitel room service burger was so delicious that I kept repeating it every day at the request of my child.

The service is good and the location is convenient. The only drawback is that there are other hotels in front that block the sea view.

Good location, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, very convenient. And it is close to restaurants and Oasis shopping centre, but there are not many types of breakfast food.
