"The beachfront location is blocked by a construction building, so sad 💔. However, there are still partial sea views, and the overall location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are three rooms, and the place is relatively quiet. There are only two units per floor, but the receptionist only works on set hours, so you need to communicate in advance if needed. There's a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. The back door is closer to the beach. The Gold Coast is absolutely gorgeous ❤️"

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."

It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. "Received an email on the day of arrival requesting payment details for holding deposit and to enable provision of the keys. This was really frustrating and delayed access. Given the amount of emails I recieved in the lead up trying to get me to pay for an extra room (which there were just the two of us staying anyway) was really frustrating and difficult to find the information we needed to be able to check in since there was no OPEN check in desk. Now that we have stayed at this location - I was REALLY disappointed to receive a notice of them taking more payments out as THEY had left the rooms open and then charged us because we used the second bathroom. The amount of dust, food scraps and debris under the lounge chairs was awful. The bed linen was more polyester and so very hot to try and sleep under. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor (I have short hair and my husband has short black hair!!). The lounge chair recliner - one did not function properly and they were certainly NOT comfortable to sit in for any period of time. We did like the location, the closeness of the beach and access to the shops. I did not appreciate the extra charge to our account of $90. I feel that it was a poor reflection of their inability to prepare for our arrival - in leaving the whole apartment open and then expecting us to know not to use a room - if the room was not to be used - it should have been closed and locked or communicated clearly."

"Greeted by Lilian on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool and the garden area. This apt had everything we would need for the few days and more. Lovely large apt with an open plan kitchen, with appliances, fridge, dishwasher etc. Two bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The unit has 2 balconies, the main one large with table and chairs and room to dry clothes. Location is ideal with tram stop just outside and short walk to the restaurants and bars which were a lot more than I was expecting. But overall a great stay and great value for money over a similarly priced hotel room in the area. The location is ideal. Over the couple of days we spent in the Gold Coast we walked the beach to surfers paradise. I loved our trip and will be back."
