"The view is absolutely stunning, with the Gold Coast right outside the window. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, including Italian, steak, and bars, offering a lot of choices. Plus, there's a convenience store. Just remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste."

"This time is a bit of let down for me, the property is more overrated, the facilities is definable amazing property on the Gold Coast. Privacy and security is on high however services wise is bit 1/10. Check in to my room with High Heat on 28 deg heat at 2.30pm check in, room was dark no light on, bathroom was a mess, long black hair clinching on the hanging towel, mirrors got soap smear, bathroom smelled like old drainage issues, that’s not all, i decided to order In room dinning services, Dinner turned up 45 mins late, cold and mashed potatoes splashed over my prawns on the way up to the room. 8.20am the next morning I got a banged on my door non stop, there’s Privacy lights on, room service again, enough frustration I open up the door with a trolley forced into my room, Quickly denied ordering a room service which I didn’t Order- sorry mam someone in your room ordered this, That’s alright error happens in any department. The arrogance part is when I call reception to advised them that someone knocking non stop at the door, Her reply was blant, non professional, sounds like that reception had a bad morning too, No apologies needed, Go back to sleep I’ll let Room service know 🤨😏☹️🙁😡Sure did you still have a job reception. Next trip I prefer try other Hotel Broadbeach has more to offer Check in 28/06 definitely check out on the 29/06 I hate writing. Review obviously this is one of my favorite go to Hotel in Syd."

"The accommodation is really good. The view is great, and the breakfast is delicious. I used The Star Harvest for breakfast, and it's just connected to the 3rd floor, so it feels like you're staying in the same building. It was a bit of a shame that I had to walk all the way around to get to the tram, probably because the building next door was under construction. I want to stay here again."

"Great location. Short walk to the beach, shops, light rail, cafes. Nice pool. You get what you pay for.  The room was spacious and comfortable,  but old and in need of an update, some fresh paint and new carpet. We were only down for 1 night to attend the footy so cost was more important than luxury for us. We’d stay here again."

"We stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the casino. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students. Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable"

The USB plug on the window side is not working Mould in the bathroom Will try one of the other two with hopefully better results"

"Yhr best location - 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to the highway to access the tram (50 centre fares) and huge Pacific's Fair shopping centre. Don't even really need a car as there is a bus to and from the airport (also 50 cents) that drops you at tram station. Older apartments, but we've stayed before and the price is cheap for what you get. I love the hot spa every night and the pool, also BBQ area and well kept gardens. Set your expectations for the price you lay and you shouldn't be disappointed."

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."
