Great place to stay with family. We booked two bedrooms apartment and One room there was a bit too small but overall had good experience.

Very nice and clean apartment. Location is good as well. However, it was hard to find a parking in allocated areas as it used to get busy and kitchen... It's simply not practicle. I had kids with me but I couldn't do any quick meals for them as I was told the smoke alarm is very sensible and I would have to pay if it goes off. The kitchen's exhaust was actually leaving the air inside the cabinets. If you need a kitchen to do meals... This isn't the place.

Old apartment with oven door needing repairs. Location is good with beaches down the road and convenient food eateries.

Excellent service from staff and the apartment was great. Spacious, clean and homely. Highly recommended. I will stay there again.

The unit was in a great position, all the restaurants below was being spoiled for choice.

The room is large in size and clean. The kitchen and laundry facilities are fully equipped. It is convenient to eat and buy nearby. There are no facial tissues and poor toiletries. The daily maintenance of the internal facilities is not good. There were false alarms during the day and night during the stay.

This apartment hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a quadruple room with a large bed and two double beds. The environment was very good, with a sofa, dining table, refrigerator, microwave and various kitchen utensils. The location was convenient, very close to Surfers Paradise, and there was a tram at the door. Tips: The working hours there are until 5 pm during the week, so you need to go early or call.

The hotel is clean and hygienic as soon as you enter the door. It is also very safe. You need to swipe your card to enter the door and the elevator. The room is also clean. Since it is an apartment hotel, you should not expect too much service. In general, I am satisfied.
