Great facilities, super close to broadbeach which had good restaurants and a supermarket. Hosts were lovely. Peaceful and accessible. Apartment suited our family needs well with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool was warm and never too busy.

The receptionist was very nice and let us check in early. The property is old but everything was functional. There is free parking slot.

Very nice apartment and grounds. Swimming pool and spa in good clean condition. 2 bbqs to be used for guest in good condition and with utensils to use. Overall a very good stay and would book to stay here again.

Jnetty My husband and I, my sister-in-law and her husband and another couple who are friends from Sydney have been sharing a 3 bedroom apartment in Capricornia Apartments, No 57 on the 14th Floor for the past three years during Blues on Broadbeach. While the views from this apartment are spectacular, the level of upkeep is appalling, as is the standard of cleanliness. After this years festival we supplied photos of unclean conditions and broken door handles etc to Bruce the Manager. He seemed totally disinterested and disinclined to even take the lift up to have a look in person. When I rang him recently to say we would rebook for 2022 provided he could guarantee a reasonable level of cleanliness or that simple repair tasks would be attended to, he basically told me I would be better off looking for alternative accommodation. RENTERS BEWARE

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, everything you would need for a great stay. The heated Spa and Pool were fantastic. Sue & Bruce were very accommodating in helping us with a few extras we needed. This property is very close to a million restaurants & T/A food outlets also close to the Broady North G-Tram station.
