From the greeting from the staff upon arrival and during the period of our 2 night stay the staff were extremely professional , helpful and friendly . The hotel is superb and ideally situated .

Buckland Manor was everything you expect a top notch Relais & Chateaux manor house to be! Beautiful grounds with English gardens and apple trees; an excellent restaurant, and classic manor rooms. We loved our four poster bed in a spacious room overlooking the croquet lawn. Terrific helpful staff. We dined for breakfast and dinner twice in the Main Dining Room. The food was excellent. Loved the venison dish one night; the soft pesto gnocchi another night. Excellent dining room staff; very affable. A short cab ride into Broadway center (1.8 miles) for 15 pounds each way; arranged by the front desk. Excellent shopping in Broadway along with nice lounch choices in one of the great Cotswold destinations. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel, great room, lovely location, gorgeous grounds, good food and professional staff. We loved it. We had a one night stay, with dinner. The weather was nice enough to have breakfast outside overlooking the lovely gardens. We didn’t have time to explore the area properly, so we will be back!

A very special weekend for my wife and I and the Buckland Manor hit the spot. Nothing was too much trouble or them. The service was first class which was demonstrated even before we entered the historic building when a member of staff kind popped to out to help us take memorable photograph. A lovely period decorated bedroom with a well appointed bathroom ... lots of space in sitting rooms to unwind and relax in before for dinner. I should also comment about the well kept grounds ... with nature trails and wild fallow deer to keep an eye open for.
