We booked the 2 brm family suite and I have to say, it was not in our top 10. Little things spoiled our stay. Power points in brm 2 were on the opposite wall from the bed heads and there were no bedside tables or lamps which made it difficult to traverse in the night to the bathroom, charge mobile phones, ipads, etc. These are necessary in 2024. To enter the suite, 3 doors open up on each other, therefore to enter, you have to then close that door to open the cupboard/beverage making bar and then you have to close that door in order to open the bathroom. Once you get into the bathroom, there is no shower door - no curtain, no nothing. Consequently, the bathroom floor is awash!!

Lady at the front desk needs to do a refresher in working with the public. Charged an extra dollar on our cc with no explanation. Advertised foxtel and wifi. No foxtel. No usable wifi. Disapointing.

Broken Hill was fully booked and we were fortunate to be moved to Charles Rasp through her sister hotel when we stayed on an extra day. What a find. Rooms are clean spacious and well kitted out. The showers are fabulous. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Charles Rasp.
