"Well.. we're do I start?.. initially running late for checking in and rang to explain.. from the start Shiralee couldn't have been more helpful.. amazing!.. upon arriving we were made to feel very welcome and were extremely pleased with our cottage..it was very clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable.. Will recommend The Comfort Inn to everyone.."

"terrible management, horrible to even talk to Carly, would not recommend staying here!!!!! dirty hygiene, manager is "never really available" and honestly said to us "its not my problem you sort it out..." with nearly every little thing we had, so so rude. worst stay EVER. please dont support this place, its also connected to the "Desert Sand Mottor Inn" SAME MANAGEMENT. too high of a price when me and my wife have stayed at places for $120! and they were perfect. never again."

The Argent Motel

"I'd have given the Argent 5 stars if I hadn't stayed my first two nights in a v. ordinary room (#1) where I was kept awake by loud tapping and rustling noises from inside the room in the wee hours. BUT the lady manager was wonderful, and arranged a new room for me within minutes. So nights 3 & 4 were spent in a much nicer, less creepy and better kept room. Wonderful! Apart from the odd noises in room one, the motel as a whole was quiet enough with a comfortable bed and pillows plus tea & coffee (and biscuits and water!) in both rooms. The motel is brilliantly situated an easy walk from the centre of town, coach stop and visitor's centre. With the exception of one particular room I'll definitely be staying at the Argent again. "

"This is my go-to in Broken Hill for work travel. Great staff. I find the best comfortable, but my co-worker said she didn't, but I sleep great here. After a long day, its nice to order room service. Here's something you don't even get at the four seasons...... I ordered dinner with their peanut butter ice cream cake for dessert. They bring me my meal, and tell me they'll be back a little bit later with my dessert. Not because they're busy, so that it doesn't melt while you eat your dinner. Such a simple act, but much appreciated by this guest! Thanks for the great stays."
