This motel is located off the main road of Broken Hill. We just stayed for one night as a part of a road trip. The establishment does look a bit run down but the room was actually ok. Outdated, yes, but it had everything you would need. If I would stay for longer, I would look for some other hotel in town.

Sink in bathroom was severely cracked
Power points at one stage weren’t working
Air conditioning not up to scratch
A plate for eating meals off was severely chipped
Overall poor maintenance and upkeep of the room

The place had no comunity kitchen. The rooms are presented poorly. Unable to use the wifi. Had people walking in and out all night through a loud gate right next to our room not to mention using drills upstairs at a ridiculous hour of the night. Pool area has no shade and is dirty. No room service towels toilet paper etc every morn as you should. Over rated and waste of money. Never again would I stay there

This is possibly the most depressing motel I've stayed in. Everything is rundown and it is in desperate need of an upgrade, or a steamroller. As well there is no grass, trees nor any shade to break up the concrete (did they forget that it gets hot in Broken Hill.

This is a pretty standard motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The AC worked well. There was a small pool, which was nice in the hot weather. I didn't actually see any staff while I was there. When we arrived, another guest who was out by the pool, let me know that the keys were on a board by the office. I'm not sure what I would have done if she hadn't been there. The location is not bad - about a 5 minute walk to the main street of Broken Hill.

There was no fly screen on the bathroom window, the back of the front door and frame was dirty., there were too many cockroaches in the room, and we only saw a staff member once and that's when we went for a swim.
I think the air conditioner has seen better days.

The hotel reception was closed even though it advertised 24 hour service. The onsite restaurant closed and not just the day we arrived so that was misleading as it looked like its been closed for months.
