MmarkOne of the first hotels one encounters driving from the east, Silver Haven is adjacent to a convenience store/filling station and opposite Junction Hotel. As with most accommodation businesses in Brojen Hill, this one offers limited reception opening hours, and if arriving past 6pm you will recieve a code to retrieve keys from a locked safe next to the office. The rooms themselves seem unremarkable at first glance but are well appointed yet compact. Is equipped with fridge, microwave, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is of a good standard, with fast responding hot water and strong pressure. Can park vehicle at 30° to pavement outside door. Conveniently there is an entrance and separate exit for access.
MmarkPeaceful van Park on the eastern end of town with ok facilities. Stayed in a basic cabin which was equipped with master bed, electric stove top, air con and ensuite bathroom. Car space next to doorway. Late arrivals can collect key in envelope left next to reception. Quite good overall, but stovetop takes a while to heat if boiling or frying. $90 tariff makes the Outback caravan park a value option in Broken Hill
GGUANHUAThe location is good, just on the main street.
The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old.
The parking space of some rooms is not close to the door of the room, but it is not a big problem.
Checkin and checkout are very convenient.
