Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center

Only complaint is my room didn’t have hot water and the fire alarm went off multiple times.

The staff was very friendly and quick to answer our questions and needs. The facility was very clean and everything was re-stocked from coffee station to towels in the gym and pool, etc. The Tavern at Park restaurant team were extra kind to us and made sure we had everything we need.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room felt clean and beds were comfortable

We had a very good stay. They are working on remodeling and the new updates are very nice. We have stayed there off and on over the last 5yrs. Used the restaurant for the first time and loved it. Excellent breakfast, amazing fresh fruit. We would have preferred a choice of firmer pillows is our only complaint

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn really make your stay enjoyable. From the time you check in with Chris and Kathy, to the time you enjoy your meal with Cheryl and Will. They absolutely do the right things to properly take care of the customer.

The staff was very helpful. Very nice also. Everything was very clean. The location was in the heart of the city. They made sure that we had all that was needed. Nice and very polite and in front of any issues. Providing all that was needed. They were very promoted!

My last night here and I’m so ready to leave. Got here Monday and everything was fine. Tuesday morning, finished with my shower and grabbed a towel from the rack inside the shower, started wiping off when I realized the towel was completely soiled with what looked like crap stains with chunks of something all over it. Completely disgusted, I threw the towel down and showered again. Luckily the second towel seemed clean enough. There goes my appetite, no breakfast for me that morning. Grabbed a hand towel and took the towel to the front desk, unrolled and it showed the person on duty. They offered to replace all the towels in my room and points. They gave me 2500 points in my account(really?). Came back to the room that evening and no towels, no service. Saw the sticker on the mirror that says they service the room every two days so I figured they would do it the next day. Came back from work the next day, nothing again. Went to the front desk next morning and told them the above, they said my room would be serviced. Came back from work and still nothing. It’s not worth the confrontation for me and more false promises so I’m ready to leave tomorrow. Sad thing is that I have to be back in August and this is the closest hotel to my job site. Looks like I will have a farther drive to work in August.

Very nice accomodations for one night! We got the breakfast included sale/option. Very pleasant experience with breakfast buffet - thank you Will Judge. Will refer to others. Minimun character requirement - minimum character requirement....

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better and we had to ask for hand soap. The breakfast was tasty. Will Judge (restaurant manager) was very accommodating. Note; Filling space here to get to the max word count for the review. blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
