My last night here and I’m so ready to leave. Got here Monday and everything was fine. Tuesday morning, finished with my shower and grabbed a towel from the rack inside the shower, started wiping off when I realized the towel was completely soiled with what looked like crap stains with chunks of something all over it. Completely disgusted, I threw the towel down and showered again. Luckily the second towel seemed clean enough. There goes my appetite, no breakfast for me that morning. Grabbed a hand towel and took the towel to the front desk, unrolled and it showed the person on duty. They offered to replace all the towels in my room and points. They gave me 2500 points in my account(really?). Came back to the room that evening and no towels, no service. Saw the sticker on the mirror that says they service the room every two days so I figured they would do it the next day. Came back from work the next day, nothing again. Went to the front desk next morning and told them the above, they said my room would be serviced. Came back from work and still nothing. It’s not worth the confrontation for me and more false promises so I’m ready to leave tomorrow. Sad thing is that I have to be back in August and this is the closest hotel to my job site. Looks like I will have a farther drive to work in August.
