"This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room."

"This hotel is perfect for business travel! The location is superb, it is convenient to go to the company and the airport. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and sleepy, the office facilities were complete, and the speed was fast and the work was super smooth. The waiters are warm and professional, check-in and check-out are very fast, stayed for a few days and experienced full marks, and I will choose here next time I travel!"

"Originally wanted to book a four-star comfortable hotel near the airport, but Trip.com recommended this store, that is, the level of two and three stars, the hotel facilities are old, the breakfast is very simple, and the price is low. The only advantage is that it is very close to the airport and the shuttle bus to the airport runs every 15 minutes."

"Stayed here on NYE and went to the Bucks game at Fiserv. Location was perfect and we even got to see fireworks next door. Facilities were updated and modern, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff is friendly and the hotel interior is nice. Bacon and fruit for breakfast were delicious. The room was bigger than I thought and nice. The facilities are a bit old, so when I changed to a shower, the faucet creaked and didn't work well. The water pressure is weak."
