The Coolidge Corner Guest House: A Brookline Bed and Breakfast

Very warm welcome when we arrived. Beautiful old building.

Just enjoyed my second stay at the CCGH, and will definitely stay there again. The location, with its close proximity to the Green Line streetcar, is a big asset since I don't rent a car when I visit Boston. The self-check in/check-out is very convenient, the staff is warm and welcoming, the house is located on a quiet residential block, and my room had all the amenities I needed. Overall, it's a good value for the rate.

The check-in and check-out process were easy! We even had parking available which was great in this neighborhood. The room furnishings were somewhat dated, but the room and entire guest house was very clean and well-maintained. It was great to find this location so convenient to the "T" and easy access to everything in Brookline and Boston. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. This residential street is a hidden gem and we look forward to returning again!! Thanks for providing a lovely continental breakfast and such nice accommodations.

We are repeat visitors to the Coolidge Corner Guest House, as we always have a pleasant experience. We first chose it for it's location, which is just around the corner from our son's house, but now it has become our go-to. It's just the kind of place we love - unique rooms with character - not a sterile hotel environment. Yet it also has all the amenities we would expect of a hotel room, including TV and mini-fridge. I don't even know how many rooms there are, but it always seems like we have the place to ourselves. We have only twice glimpsed anyone who works there, yet the communication has always been top rate - with emails or texts checking in on our arrival and our comfort. It's nice to be able to grab a bite to eat in the morning if we have an early departure. The parking option is very affordable, although a bit limited. With only one driveway, the staff needs to monitor who might need to depart first - but they do a good job. Our first stay was in the winter, and we were quite pleased at the rate. It has increased going into the spring, but I'm sure this is characteristic of the market and not unique to the Guest House.

Great customer service. I incorrectly booked the wrong night. They caught the error, and let me stay the following night, with no extra charge. So greatly appreciated!! Also, the breakfast choices are wonderful. And it's in a great location.

Good location in Brookline with excellent access to transit on foot. Quiet guest house and block in safe neighborhood. Well-appointed rooms with nice furnishings and instructive guest literature. Great ease of transaction and nice staff. Overall, excellent value for metro-Boston.

I had to cancel and rebook a hotel room after my surgery at MGB got delayed and this was the best rate and they had one room left, so I snagged it. The check in was easy, the communication with the owner was good, I unfortunately ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital, but I was glad my husband had somewhere to rest while he waiting for me. He did say it was pretty loud at night, very thin walls.
