"It felt like a converted residential building; the interior was mostly wooden, and climbing the stairs was quite noisy. It was a four-story building, but there was no elevator, and the door locks were very old. I even had to change rooms because of this. One staff member spoke Chinese. Breakfast was simple, the bed in the room was very high, there was a large supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel, and the tram stop was very close."

"The room cleaning service carelessly mixed up my 3-year-old daughter's comfort toy (a doll) with the beddings while striping everything off. The toy can no longer be found and this cause great emotional distress for my daughter; the toy has been her best company since she was 1. This raises serious concern over the professionalism of the staff at the hotel because if an item as big as a doll could be lost due to careless service, more valuable personal items such as jewelries and wallets could be thrown away during the course of room service. Very disappointed and very frustrating."
