Decent hotel, but no safe in room, dirty closet floor and had to call for housekeeping after two days.

Needed a hotel for one night conference and a couple weekend getaway. Was very nice, clean, quiet, and nice atmosphere in lobby/lounge/restaurant area.

elevators out of order, stairs went only outside, they did not give wi fi password during check in. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast very expensive. Room was clean. most employees were kind.

Neriah at the front desk was amazing. I checked in late with my young kids and she immediately was able to help get us settled! She made us feel like VIPs offering water or anything we needed. My kids love the lounge at the hotels and since this site didn’t have one, Neriah was able to accommodate us with a voucher so they could get their hot cocoas. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Nice hotel and very convenient for work. Always clean rooms and the breakfast is surprisingly good - I had a great time getting to know Jeremy every morning. One thing to mention is it is sometimes very difficult to find an Uber in that part of town so definitely plan ahead!

Our experience was made perfect by the sweet front desk employees!! They are attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of!! The room was wonderful too!! Great service all around!! Cudos to Christina Garcia!! The staff who cleaned our room did a fantastic job as well!!
