Un albergo che per posizione, camere e servizi offerti meriterebbe un gran bel voto. Purtroppo perde tutti i punti “grazie” ad una receptionist maleducata. Prima della recensione ho inviato una mail al général manager per condividere la non piacevole esperienza. Sono ancora senza una risposta e senza un minimo cenno di scuse. Evidentemente la soddisfazione del cliente e l’attenzione verso lo stesso non sono poi ritenuti cosi importanti. Riccardo Gismondi

Room was clean today and spacious. Shower was powerful and hot. Gym and spa well maintained and relaxing. Staff friendly. Bar attached to hotel was lovely did not eat in there. Missed breakfast as left early so can’t comment. Good location and next to bus stop Just needed a tea/coffee in room would have been amazing. There is a fridge

Also 4 Sterne sind schon übertrieben, eher 3 Sterne würde ich sagen. Die Lage im Zentrum Brunecks ist echt klasse. Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage parken. Sehr netter Empfang. Überhaupt ist das Personal wirklich sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und normal eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlt schon mal an einer Kabelverteilung eine Abdeckung, so dass die Stromkabel frei zugänglich sind. Allerdings an einer ungefährlichen Stelle aber eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Frühstücksbuffet ist super. Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet, ebenso der Kaffee.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte e non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi in quanto impegnati altrove. La stanza è abbastanza accogliente e pulita, peccato la moquette in terra. Non abbiamo capito come far funzionare la ventola del bagno. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante annesso ma solo del bar che ci ha fornito due ottimi drink omaggio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo non è gratuito ma a prezzo convenzionato.

costo in linea con servizio, ma attenzione al cliente subordinata alle loro procedure: cado davanti hotel anche per il caos delle auto in uscita dal parcheggio. Al ricevimento il ragazzo si prodiga al meglio con qualche cerotto e del ghiaccio in assenza anche di un disinfettante. Il mattino dopo al ritorno dal pronto soccorso, con una mano ingessata e una con tutore, alle 10 esatte non mi viene servita la colazione perchè in ritardo. Che voglia di verificare le responsabilità oggettive per l'entrata pedonale occupata da un caotico parcheggio.

BAR COSMO is one of the best I've ever seen - great dedicated staff, lovely atmosphere, cool music and, of course, best mocktails for my family ;-) - and the fingerfood esp. tiramisu and ice-cream are absolut outstanding!
