"The owners make this contemporary luxury hotel still feel like you are spending a night with family and friends in a gorgeous homely chalet in the mountains as their personal guests. We keep coming back and will continue to make this our home from home in the mountains. You want for nothing and absolutely everything is taken care of. The staff are amazing and service is exceptional! The mountain itself has some incredible speed fly, mountain biking and running lines as in the winter there is some great family snowboarding and skiing. The organisation of Austrian influence with the charisma and energy of Italian passion. Love it here!! Thanks to Miriam and the team x"

"One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. I travel twice a month, so I’ve experienced a range of accommodations, and this one was disappointing despite a few positives. The Good: • Convenient location near buses for skiing. • Shuttle service was a nice touch. • Customer service was friendly and helpful. The Bad: • Zero soundproofing. You’ll hear everything—TVs, footsteps, chairs scraping, conversations. Avoid the first floor at all costs—it’s directly above a restaurant, so you’ll get bass vibrations from the music. • Speakers outside the restaurant are ridiculously loud and start at 8 AM, going nonstop until 11:30 PM. Even if you’re not on the first floor, the noise is hard to escape. • Window proofing? Nonexistent. You might as well keep your windows open because they don’t block out sound or cold. • The bedding is laughable. The pillows aren’t fluffy—they’re so flat you might as well sleep without one, and the sheets are tiny, like something meant for your kid’s Barbie doll. This review is more about the poor condition of the hotel than the staff, who were genuinely kind. But if you value peace, comfort, and a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere."

"This hotel has a great design aesthetic, a really excellent place to stay. They offer a rate that includes two meals, where you can choose between lunch or dinner. It's a semi-buffet style with quite refined dishes, so you don't even need to go out looking for a restaurant – very thoughtful! The room was spacious and came with a balcony, which exceeded my expectations. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. All in all, I'm very satisfied."

The owners are amazing, all the employees, breakfast, dinner, there is simply nothing to complain about. Perhaps the only detail is that I would recommend buying a new car (shuttle), it would probably pay off electrically. Otherwise, many thanks to Mrs. Claudia and everyone in this wonderful and wonderful hotel."

"My daughter and I were there on our winter ski holiday and we are delighted with the place. A great place to relax, beautifully decorated and well maintained rooms, a very large and beautifully decorated spa and relaxation area with an outdoor pool open all year round. Delicious food served to the table (even breakfast is served in a totally unique way) on a varied menu, the quality and taste is pure poetry and the chef is an exceptional master of his craft. And most importantly in each hotel, the atmosphere created by a team of wonderful, smiling, friendly and extremely competent people who pampered us at every turn and allowed us to fully relax, both after our efforts on the slopes and mentally. To complete the skiing experience, the Kronplatz ski run, which ends under the balconies of the hotel. I for one am looking forward to going there again."

A bit out the city of Bruneco, however the visitors are pampered with cozy atmosphere. Rooms are specious, the dining experience is outstanding. Four course dinner with good wine selection, their breakfast also out-of sights. Prices are reasonable by American standards. Highly recommend…"

"This hotel was genuinely amazing, loved the food and the half board is SO worth it. Spa was awesome though it’s weird how Europeans walk around with their bits out in mixed baths. Kids under 14 aren’t allowed in the bath and sauna areas for this reason but yeah, be warned if that is a deal breaker."

"We found the 3* Hotel Krondlhof an excellant base for our ski week in the Kronplatz area.The rooms are of a good size and well equipted,both the buffet breakfast and 3 course evening meal with a vegitarian option were excellant. There is a small swimming pool and a sauna,good sized ski and boot room with boot dryers.The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the main ski lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful we would certainly use the hotel again in the future."

"The hotel is proudly run by a family and it does feel like they are welcoming you into their huge home, from the small gesture of having a blackboard by the reception welcoming everybody checking in on the day. The staff must also be treated as part of the family as they all seem to be really connected to the place and proud to be working there. The rooms are huge and it was great to have a view of the towering Kronplatz as long as the weather allowed it. Their bar has a great cocktail menu and wine list and also offers bites until dinner time starts. The breakfast is a magnificient spread with morning bubbly included. There is lots to do in the area but the gym and the spa are great options in bad weather. Would love to retun again in the second half of 2026 after their new rooftop pool is finished."
