Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni in questa struttura per una vacanza in Alto Adige e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'albergo è proprio al centro di Brunico vicinissimo alla zona pedonale (comodo e funzionale il garage a pagamento), la camera Biedermaier grande e ariosa, anche il bagno grande e con bei marmi, letto comodo e grande pulizia. Colazione varia e con prodotti sempre freschi, bella la sala con grande cura per tovagliato e posateria, molto comodo il ristorante collegato all'albergo. Titolari e personale molto cortesi e disponibili, un grazie particolare alla sig.ra Sara per i consigli sulle escursioni e la premura nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Hotel al top secondo noi.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura durante il fine settimana: la location è strategica in quanto sita sulla via principale della cittadina. La camera era di dimensioni generose e curata. A cena ho ordinato una milanese, che era ben cotta, e l'unica critica riguarda il loro piatto da portata (un "tagliere" troppo grande per il tavolo su cui ci trovavamo). Il personale di sala si è dimostrato, però, gentile e disponibile permettendoci di sostituire il tagliere con un semplice piatto. Il buffet della colorazione era vario e abbondante.

Brunico è stupenda. Peccato che ci siano realtà con un'accoglienza così scadente. Personale maleducato. Da non frequentare sicuramente. Peccato perché la location è molto bella. Sarebbe da rivoluzionare tutto

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per capodanno, e premesso che è stata una scelta obbligata per carenza di altre soluzioni, devo dire che sono stata fortunata. L'albergo gode di una posizione centralissima, soprattutto in occasione dei mercatini. È solo B&B ma gode della presenza di alcune strutture per pranzo e cena non trascurabili. Unica pecca risultano gli arredi, le strutture e i servizi decisamente datati, seppur puliti ed ordinati Nel complesso lo consiglierei a tutti, anche per la cortesia del personale, presente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Presente anche una piccolissima spa a richiesta.

Abbiamo approfittato del ristorante dell’hotel durante una giornata a Brunico. Staff super disponibile e garbato, rapidità di servizio e pietanze di ottimo livello. Costo direttamente proporzionale alla qualità delle materie prime quindi medio- alto. Ottima esperienza
