Parkplätze waren bei Ankunft gut verfügbar und einfach zu finden. Der Empfang und der Check-in waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Frühstück reichlich und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Spa-Bereich bietet sehr viel verschiedene Möglichkeiten und ist schön eingerichtet. Das einzige, was uns irritiert hat, war der Umgang des Personals im Spa-Bereich. Es wurde immer mal wieder laut im Ruheraum durch die Arbeiten in der Küche. Ausserdem wurden wir nach der ersten und einzigen Nutzung des Whirlpool sehr unfreundlich (in einem Wort) darauf hingewiesen, dass die Anlage nach der Nutzung abgeschalten werden muss. Zuvor war der Pool in Betrieb ohne Personen darin, wodurch wir das nicht direkt erkannt haben. Am Tag darauf war es leider nicht besser bei gleichem Personal. Ein freundlicher Umgang mit den Gästen auch im Spa-Bereich wäre wünschenswert und würde auf jeden Fall zur Erholung beigetragen. Dennoch vielen herzlichen Dank.

Hotel with spectacular view
Wonderful view of the lake from the bedroom balcony well worth the extra. The evening meal was lovely and beautifully presented. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Strongly recommend.
