Neighbor hood was not good. And the toilet was broken. It was too warm inside too. Also there was a note that we should not let valuables in the room and use the safe which i believe in the concierge! Because there was no safe in the room.

Good experience in this hotel in Brussels, perhaps a little dated and in need of a revamp for certain rooms and the doors and handles of the rooms (on the third floor!), but very good for its location, close to the grand plaza, easily accessible reachable in 10/15 minutes on foot, attached to a metro stop and just 600 meters from Gale Nord station from where it was possible to reach all the important cities of Belgium. Good and plentiful breakfast! However, the hotel is good value for money and, if we were to return, I would happily look for accommodation here given the prices of the other hotels!

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais très bien placé à proximité du centre ville et du métro. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil. Le petit déjeuner compris est varié. Je recommande cet hôtel qui de part sa position nous a permis de découvrir Bruxelles

This hotel is as old school as it gets. And I usually don’t mind if the place is a bit dated, but in here it’s rather neglected. The towels had holes in them, the pillows were like sacks of potatoes, at breakfast there were single-use spoons. The overall vibe is like they might be closing any day. The worst part was the noise level in my room, 1st floor and facing the busy street which meant it felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of the road. Earplugs absolutely necessary. I think the staff did a good job though trying their best, it was as clean as an old place can be and the breakfast staff was quite attentive. I would not stay here again, although the location is great.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti a inizio aprile 2024. Lati positivi: vicino a la Grand Place (10 minuti a piedi). Fermata della metro proprio di fronte all'hotel. Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione nella norma, comunque assortita. Lati negativi: la struttura interna e le camere sono un po' datate. Gli arredi della camera erano al limite, moquette per terra non proprio pulitissima, dotazioni del bagno appena sufficienti. Non posso dire che fosse sporco ma decisamente superato negli arredi. Per una o 2 notti comunque accettabile.

Idéalement situé (15 minutes de la grande place) parking (certes payant mais bien sécurisé, quand vous serez a Bruxelles vous comprendrez) en face. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, copieux et varié et prix très correct. Chambre spacieuse confortable et calme
