"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated that day, and it brought tears to my eyes. There were heart-shaped decorations and flower petals on the bed, and a bottle of sparkling wine was provided. The decorations were also on the table and in the bathroom, which was very touching. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality of everyone at the hotel. This hotel was wonderful in every way, and we would love to stay here again next time. 結婚記念日で宿泊しました。 当日の部屋の中はとても素敵な飾り付けがされていて涙が溢れました。 ベットにはハート型の飾りと花弁があり、スパークリングワインが添えられていました。 飾りつけはテーブルやバスルームにもありとても感動しました。 Hotelの皆さんの温かいおもてなしに心から感謝します。 こちらのホテルはすべてにおいて素晴らしく、私たちは次回も宿泊したいと思っています。"

"This is an older hotel with large rooms. The bathroom design is a bit old but all items function well and that’s the most important. The location is within walking distance of central city sites. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The check in service was a bit peculiar. They request my address, email and phone number. When I asked why they need this on top of copies of my passport they told this was the policy. Another bad policy is check in time of 4pm. I came at 3:30 but supposedly no free rooms were available. Very strange…"

"Good location. We take Flixbus from Amsterdam to Brussels. Just 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Bus to airport is just beside the hotel. Metro also very near. The opposite side is the shopping area and the sightseeing point just walking distance. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Very convenient and highly recommend. The north train station only 5 minutes walk then can go to Brugge."

"✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature! ✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile. ✔️✔️ The only downside of this hotel is its location right by a noisy road. At night, the sound of cars and people talking was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at times because I kept getting startled awake."

"Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is really old and almost everything in the room is broken, I almost end up locking myself in the toilet cause the lock was too stiff. So choose other hotel for my recommendations."

"The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms are very spacious. However, the hotel itself is quite old. One of the lights kept flickering, and there weren't many power outlets. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom came in tiny tubes, no larger bottles. If you're staying in the area, I'd recommend the newer Thon Hotel across the street instead."

"It's a bit far from the city center. The rooms are okay, not crowded, and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station nearby and there are many restaurants. Room prices fluctuate greatly. Prices are lower on Saturdays and Sundays, probably because it is located in the administrative office area. If you come to Brussels on the 6th, you can actually consider this hotel. Of course, Brussels is not that big in total, and it is said to be a bit far from the city center. Distance is measured by feet."
