"The staff is nice but some don’t. The room has too much dust and the blanket is so smelling. Actually, the hotel should clear out before new customers come in. The sink in toilet is clogged!!!!!!. Despite the amenities, the location is super convenient and it’s nearby the Brussels Noord Station and the bus stop(FlixBus) but a bit far away from the city center. I could arrive the train station and bus stop in 15 minutes and 5 minutes by walk!"

"I was traveling with my daughter (youth). We felt very safe in this hotel. It is inside the main train station, just beside Haagen Dazs, access via a door. It is very convenient to go to Brugge and Ghent from the hotel and especially we have to take a train early morning to Strasbourg. The room for 2 was big, clean and nicely deco, we felt comfortable and it comes with a mini fridge."

"Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels."

The staff professionalism, the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the small detail that gives you a little joy as the welcome chocolate walnut warm cookies. "The location is great, very close to the Grand Place and the train station. For a hotel in this price range in Europe, the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk has a charming European decor, but the soundproofing of the room windows could be better."

"Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this."

"Travel makes it easy with a train station nearby hotels. This hotel is perfect. Just opposite the train station. With lots of attractions within walking distance and shopping like zara. The staff are were nice. we left our passport in the hotel and left for shopping. We called and the receptionists quickly checked our room and found our passport. We got back our passport with a cute and friendly advice from the male receptionists and left to the airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh bedsheets are very important which they had. Very safe and nice location. A big thank you to the receptionists Luggage Storage is available. Elevator too."

"It is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus."

"Good hotel, room, location and service. But the bed is tooooooo small. And I would suggest not to choose rooms on 7th floor cause there is a rooftop bar on 8th floor... That is nightmare!"
