Brussels Hotels with Balcony

Easy to get to and find. We travelled via Eurostar and then took the Metro to the nearest station to the hotel, Porter de Namur. Check in was swift and we were allocated a room before check in time which we appreciated after a very early start to our journey. We stayed in a standard king room which was suitable for our needs as we were only visiting for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small but was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Continental selection, cooked items was also available such as sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans and hash browns. There was also a waffle machine where we could make our own fresh waffles which was very tasty. We would stay here again if we return to Brussels.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Brussels. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with great aesthetic taste. Everything felt fresh, elegant, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Antonia at the reception. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference during my stay. She was always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, and beautiful design — I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Brussels.

Super Stylish and well maintained and clean. The service was great and the team from reception to bar staff were brilliant. The location was ok, but we were quite happy with a little walk, the first day it was about 25 minutes to the old town but not so picturesque. The following day we took a little stroll through a garden route to town which was much nicer. We were there for a concert, which was about a 20 minute taxi drive. We used the facilities from the roof top bar, enjoying the tacos and cocktails of an evening, as well as breakfast on the Sunday. We also used the lobby bar which was very relaxed. We didn't get around to trying the Peruvian restaurant, but it looked nice.

Best location you can ask for - quiet street, but right next to all the major landmarks, 2 min walk from Brussels train station, hundreds of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance, 8-10 min walking distance from both Asian and local supermarkets. The room itself is a classic design, but a bit dated. The best was the 2 closets. there’s one next to the bed and one next to the bathroom. The bathtub shower is a disaster as water splashes out everywhere with the glass pane and the air ventilation is nonexistent. Hot showers mean everything will be fogged up and bathroom smells stay for a longer period of time. The gym is decent with a self-checkout snack bar. Weights are a little wonky. The adjustable dumbbell was half broken, only fixed by a very nice guest. The front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. The housekeeping was not. We called the front desk for a missing floor towel and the housekeeping never delivered it for 4 hours until I went down to complain. We also called for a tissue box since it was finished and It was also never delivered despite calling 4-5 times over the course of 2 days. We called in the morning, afternoon and night. Never delivered. That is the worst housekeeping staff I have ever met in my years of traveling around the world in 4 star hotels. It is either they are lazy as hell or the front desk never followed up on whether the items are delivered or not. That’s the reason why I wrote this detailed review.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in this hotel, the locaton is great close to many metro lines also just 15min walk to Brussel Central Station if you want to have a day trip to other cities, just 10 minutes walk to Grand palace and other historical places , several restaurants, cafes and shops around , staffs are nice, polite and helpful many resturants and cafes around, despite of busy location the hotel and rooms are very quiet, strongly recommended 😀

Cracking location for exploring Belgium! Had a lovely stay here. The hotel is dead close to the Metro, and it's only a 15-minute stroll to Brussels Central, which made our day trips to Bruges and Ghent absolutely seamless.The front desk staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the off. As for the room, the space was just right, not too cramped at all.The only slight downside was that we were on a lower floor and there were some roadworks right outside every morning. It was a bit noisy quite early on, which wasn't ideal for a lie-in! Aside from the early wake-up call from the builders, everything else was spot on. Great value for money if you're planning to see the sights.

The air conditioning has been generally out of order for a long time, according to the brief explanation given at the front desk. The room was stifling, over 30 degrees Celsius, and there wasn't even a backup fan. No apologies were offered, and they didn't seem too bothered by the situation. We had booked four rooms to be close to RTBF the next morning. Our French guests had a terrible night because it was impossible to open the windows due to the excessive noise from the road. It's a shame because the rooms themselves were very spacious.

Holes in the bath towel. Dirty floor in the shower. Only 3 Flemish channels on TV. No Wi-Fi, they ask for a code we don't have. Breakfast for 19 euros for one coffee, some sort of orange juice, and a plain croissant (the rest was impossible: ham/hard-boiled egg/broccoli/pumpkin/some kind of cabbage... At that price, you'd at least expect fresh bread, butter, and jam... We were told it hadn't been delivered, okay, but 19 euros per person is a rip-off! In short, I won't be returning.

Booked the rooftop room. The rooftop balcony could see the skyline of the city, which was amazing. But the balcony door seemed to be not very secure. The room was quite large but the toilet was so small. The staff were so friendly, nice, and polite. The room was generally clean, but some stains could be found on the table and chairs, and the water boiler seemed to be unclean too.

I had ti wait until 2 pm no one minute less to enter the room again. However, the lady let me put my stuff in the room as I arrived early in the morning. The room is comfy but there was no AC and the fan was little, not enough for the summer; it was a hot night. I could not hear any noise so I slept like a baby! The decoration is the best, lovely and lots of art everywhere you look. I would stay again if there is a bigger fan. Location is best, a few steps away from every single attraction.
