Great
路路易斯山迪A very bad experience. I hung the “Room Cleaning Requested” sign on the door, but my room wasn’t cleaned that day. The next day, there was no cleaning sign hung on the door, yet someone came in to tidy the room, but the daily necessities weren’t refilled. On the third day, I was due to check out at 12:00 noon, but at 8:00 in the morning, someone unlocked the door and tried to come in. Then at 10:00, the door was opened directly and someone entered the room, which really scared me. I couldn’t sleep the whole morning, fearing that a stranger might break in. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where someone repeatedly opens the door on their own.
I reported this to the front desk, and they said it might have been the cleaning staff, but I was already so frightened. This hotel made me feel very unsafe and is really not suitable for women traveling alone.
PPorcupine12tradeI was traveling with my daughter (youth). We felt very safe in this hotel. It is inside the main train station, just beside Haagen Dazs, access via a door. It is very convenient to go to Brugge and Ghent from the hotel and especially we have to take a train early morning to Strasbourg. The room for 2 was big, clean and nicely deco, we felt comfortable and it comes with a mini fridge.
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

DDianaGreat hotel for a couple of days in the center of Brussels! All the iconic sights are within walking distance. Our room was very clean and fresh. I would be happy to return to this hotel again!

PPeter Wladimirov+ good location
- tried to call the hotel several times upon arrival, but nobody answered
- arriving by car not recommended: no own parking, the nearby public parking Grand Place is a terrible place. Everywhere smells like piss, no easy access to the hotel
- breakfast is average: no good coffee, no special local food

AAnonymous UserIt is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus.

GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

HHAL_xoshxoI did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.

LLeonieA good location, beautiful large room with refrigerator and coffee/tea facilities. A little less point was that housekeeping at 9.30 hour and 9.45 hour came to ask when we left (checkout is only at 11.00 hour ....)
