Amazing
AAysu gThe hotelâs location was excellent, right next to the city center, and it was a very safe area. The room was very clean and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They welcomed us in the room with Belgian chocolate. If I ever come to Brussels again, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

Amazing
AAlbertHuangPerfectly located just minutes from Grand Place, this aparthotel offers smartly-designed suites with full kitchenettes, washing/drying facilities and surprisingly quiet rooms despite the central location. Guests frequently praise the friendly, multilingual staff and the comfortable, clean accommodations. ïżŒ A few drawbacks: the shower/bath setup has a high step which some found awkward. ïżŒ Air-conditioning may be less effective in hot weather. ïżŒ If youâre comfortable with self-service amenities and want to stay in the heart of Brussels, this is a very solid choice.

Great
KKaysha Ebony LeeannIt was okay, the front desk werenât the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a âŹ50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said Iâll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldnât give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I canât claim I wasnât given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.Â
The room was okay, however the heating didnât work properly and during a cold winter it wasnât nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it.
Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.
FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortableâthough not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a âHalal Foodâ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotelâI would definitely stay here again in the future.

MMsJin says hilton is trashThis Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but âawaiting inspectionâ. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage âŹ12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was âŹ14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10â20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

WwuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location
Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy.
Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.
GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. Weâve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at âŹ35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.
