Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Went there for SLH and Wow, I was not disappointed. Needless to say, the service standards exceeded expectations. The hotel's decoration design style and details reflect SLH's consistent style of low-key luxury.

Great experience at Juliana Hôtel. Great location in the center. Nice rooms and very quiet. Great breakfast with quality products. The pool, sauna and hammam are a Great plus. Amazing staff. Only comment to make: the fitness is not perfectly functioning and the main machine was not working.

Gregory was great at conceirge, never a problem and always quick and effecient. Breakfast was good, all you would need for breakfast, bed clean and comfortable and intriguing collection throughout the hotel.
Would recommend to anyone wishes to stay in a five star hotel on the centre of Brussels!

Nice small hotel in excellent location, location. Great attentive staff plus well appointed room. We enjoyed a suite, with outstanding rain shower, on the 3rd floor, top. Quality of their breakfast was very good, but not over the top. Would have liked a regional dish.

Een aangenaam, comfortabel, stijlvol hotel met servicegerichte staf/medewerk(st)ers. Het verblijf was weliswaar 1 nacht maar heeft genoeg geïmponeerd om terug te gaan. Het mogelijke ongemak van lokale bouwwerkzaamheden is nagenoeg weg gehouden bij de gasten. Chapeau.
