"Our two-night stay in the Bluebell Room at Hotel Le Plaza was absolutely delightful! The room was clean and comfortable, with a large, soft bed, and the hygiene was top-notch. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, a quiet surrounding environment, and easy access to shopping. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it felt upscale and high-quality. I highly recommend it, especially for couples or travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Brussels. It truly lives up to a 5-star standard, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Brussels! Absolutely worth it! 😊"

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

We always stay at this hotel, and as usual, the property is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is particularly professional, welcoming, and attentive. We sincerely thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and quality service. It's this professionalism that will make us want to return.

MsJin says hilton is trash
This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights. We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof. From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see. Cons: 1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room. 2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes. 3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

So close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

Best location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

This hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

Wins because of location. Once exiting central station, its a 30m walk to the hotel. Very convenient as it avoids needing to lug luggage across town, with the slopes and cobblestones and also saves taxi fare. Booked this to stay the night as we were going to the airport the next morning. Lobby, reception was good, room ambience was ok only. There is a mini convenience store within the hotel, with self service checkout that may be useful for some guests who arrive late. Shoe shine available on level 1. Excellent gym. 24H Gym is new, clean smelling, towels and sanitiser provided with mood lighting you can choose, and 2 treadmills that face the central station. Room view was of central station. Space adequate to open up luggages. 2 twin beds were placed quite close together. Bedding clean, fridge was cold, kettle available. Toilet had a bathtub, no separate shower area. Water pressure good. Marble tiles are nice, but have some yellow stains after years of use, toilet still clean. Crabtree toiletries. After running sink water for a while, it became very hot. And it could not be adjusted. Informed reception and they sent someone up but he couldn't help as well and asked us to use the bath tub spout instead. Not sure how this can be resolved.

Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location steps away from Grand Place, clean, comfortable, nice staff. Quirky little decor details made it special. Great for a short break.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

This hotel is really close to the FlixBus station, which is great if you're taking a lot of buses. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, about 15 minutes. There are two small restaurants right across the street, but not much else around since it's on a corner. Overall, it's pretty good and a decent stay.
