"Travel makes it easy with a train station nearby hotels. This hotel is perfect. Just opposite the train station. With lots of attractions within walking distance and shopping like zara.
The staff are were nice. we left our passport in the hotel and left for shopping. We called and the receptionists quickly checked our room and found our passport. We got back our passport with a cute and friendly advice from the male receptionists and left to the airport.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh bedsheets are very important which they had. Very safe and nice location. A big thank you to the receptionists

GGuest UserGreat location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient.
The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time!
There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe.
There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels.

It was my first time in Brussels, so I was looking for a hotel in a convenient location — and Alma Grand Place Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s just a short walk from Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and many popular attractions.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Alejandra was especially friendly and helpful. She took the time to recommend great local restaurants and patiently helped us find more places to explore during our stay.
The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to each day.
Overall, I’m very happy we chose Alma Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels for the first time.

- 不是第一時間找到，沒有停車位, 有樓下的馬路.

- 不太覺得有健身房、游泳池，因此未能評價，有自家餐廳。
- 沒有額外的貼心服務（如免費早餐、機場接送等）。

- 房價可接受
- 與同等級的其他酒店相比，也值得推薦，因是新建成，感覺會較乾淨。
- 沒有附加額外費用，這點非常好，與訂購網站所說的另外收費是一致的, 是EUR 12.72 城市稅.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the subway station. You can walk 300 meters to the subway station. It is also very close to the tourist attraction square, about 600 to 700 meters away. There is a Carrefour supermarket next to the exit of the hotel, which is very convenient for buying drinks, snacks and chocolates. The decoration of the hotel is a little fragrant and a little ambiguous. The breakfast is relatively simple. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is quite lively at night.

PPamelaLocation is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

AAnonymous UserIt is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus.

HHaileyThis was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

HHaPpY JeAnThe staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there.

DdfnbIt is a very convenient hotel in a perfect location. However rooms are tiny and lack storage space, if you have big luggage or plan to stay longer the standard rooms are tiny. It is enough for a short stay and will have things you need but nothing else.
