AAnonymous UserSecond Aparthotel stay during my trip to Europe. Located right beside De Brouckere Tram station, just 3 stops away from Brussels Midi Train station. Just opposite the hotel is a supermarket, arcade and numerous restaurants and fast food restaurants. Grand Place was a 5 min walk away from the hotel.
The room was big and cosy. Plenty of wardrobe space, ironing board was also kept in the wardrobe. Kitchen was small and it had everything we needed, dish washer was also included. Toilet and shower area was separated. Heater was also placed in the shower room. Breakfast area was on level 2. Washing machines were located on level 2 too. We had some issues with the washing machines but it was resolved by the hotel staff quickly.
Overall we had a great stay here, would definitely come back if travelling to Brussels again! e

DDominic_chinaNo hotel can beat this location, it’s super close to all the main sights, right by the Grand Place and Central Station.
My room was surprisingly spacious for the city center, with a great view over the rooftops. It was also very clean.
The room shows its age and could use a few upgrades and minor renovations here and there, nothing dramatic, but you can tell it's an older building in the middle of the city.
Breakfast was sufficient with the usual spread, but it’s not a mega buffet. Perfectly fine for a city trip.

SSsniddodi16Located absolutely in the heart of Brussels. Convenient and comfortable to stroll through the vibrant Brussels night life. Staffs are friendly and rooms are very well maintained. Lot of chose to when it comes to Breakfast. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel wins on location. A couple of minutes walk from the Grand Place. We booked without breakfast and there were plenty of places close by.
There is a cafe at the hotel which served all day if you didn't want to venture out.
All the sights are very walkable as are the cafes, bars and restaurants. Our room was quiet and well maintained and the staff friendly and courteous.
Would absolutely stay here again.

AAngelWong2010This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.

NNaya1997My stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal for exploring Brussels comfortably. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The reception staff were especially friendly; some spoke Spanish and were very helpful. We arrived before check-in and they stored our luggage without any problem. In short, a very comfortable hotel and highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. It is well reachable from the train station and you get to the city center in 30 minutes by foot. The room is quite spacious and the bed is really comfy. The only real downsides are the small elevator and that Netflix did not work on the TV. But overall great stay and would book it again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the central station and 5 minutes from the city center. There's a metro stop just 5 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom, there weren't the usual complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, a comb, or a cup. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 20 euros. There are lockers available for 5 euros to store your backpacks. There's also a free cold water fountain.

GGuest UserThe guy at the reception was talking in a video call during the whole check in. He gave me another type of room at first which I had to go and request for a change. The new room was again the wrong type of room with three beds but at least was quite ok. But it was very cold and humid inside barely managed to sleep! Otherwise the decor of the hotel in general is very nice!
