Alma Grand Place Hotel

This hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Grand Place in Brussels. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the Grand Place. There are many restaurants to choose from on the street downstairs. The hotel has 2 doors. The second door will be closed at about 9 o'clock in the evening and needs to be opened with a room card. By the way, the air conditioning in the hotel room is controlled by the front desk, so be sure to ask the front desk to turn it on for you. Mr. Bramboo at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He introduced the hotel to us and gave us a map of Brussels. It was very hot after entering the room, so we asked the front desk to turn on the air conditioning. After going out for a walk, it was still very hot when we returned to the room, so we contacted Ctrip customer service (because English communication was not smooth). Ctrip customer service helped us communicate very well. Bramboo took us to see other rooms on the same floor and the air conditioning was working well, so we changed rooms. But please note that when we checked in, Bramboo said that the hotel's breakfast was 7.5 euros per person, so we had breakfast at the hotel on the first day, but when we checked out, another service staff told us that the price of breakfast was 15 euros, which made me feel cheated, but because we were going to take the train, we didn't argue too much with the hotel!

It's very close to scenic spots and subway stations, and it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for a one- or two-day trip to Brussels.
