The location is great ~ It’s less than 5 minutes away from Grand Plaza.
And it's nice to have a personal sleeper curtain.
However, I made a prepayment on Trip.com, but they insisted that it didn't work.
I didn't make a fuss after calling Trip.com's customer service center.

Booked twice now with Safestay and they have been excellent. Nice easy check in no matter what time, both the hotel and hostel rooms are a perfect as a base camp. The hostel and hotel rooms use the same comfortable beds with USB/plug sockets and a reading lamp. The bathroom facilities have been clean and have a good pressure shower.
The location is no more than a 5min walk from the centre square and is located only 20min from Midi station.
If you’re doing Brussels on the cheap I would highly recommend!

The location is very good, and there are elevators but there are few. Towels, showers, and dew ducts are packaged, but the lights are quite dim. The bed frame is very old, and it makes a lot of noise because it is iron. There is nothing to expect at this price.
