Except for the slightly old facilities, everything else is great.
The hotel staff is great.
There is an a**osphere of "It's my honor to serve you" around it.
The location is very good. The room can accommodate two 33-inch suitcases.
The breakfast is good. The Western restaurant is also good (in the same place as the breakfast).
I think I will come again on my next trip to Brussels!

Simply the best. Breakfast was served in our hotel room, it was so amazing! Service was excellent. The hotel room was beautiful and cozy. Location was perfect. I loved everything about this hotel.

The check-in experience was very good. Most popular places are within walking distance. I was warmly received from the moment I entered the hotel. The front desk was not clear enough about the booking information, which caused some minor troubles. Fortunately, Ctrip staff handled it in a timely manner.

Simple, thorough and luxurious, worthy of the No. 1 Hotel in Belgium. It is very close to the statue of Xiaolian and the Statue of the Virgin. It is a pity that the Swan Cafe is closed.
