The guy at the front desk enthusiastically arranged drinks and welcome packages, showed him different rooms, and chose the most suitable one.
Very good lighting, a large connecting room, and the interior is very contemporary

Not satisfied. The bathroom feels like a budget hotel. I stayed in the same room last time and it was better. The room was also big.

This was a great place to stay, it was close to shopping, to several museums, and many restaurants.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.
