The location is very good, and the hotel is only two or three minutes' walk from the station. The room is quite spacious. However, there are many black people at the entrance of the hotel, which makes people feel unsafe.

Two minutes walk from Eurostar Brussel midi. It is very convenient to take a ride to the city or nearby small cities. But the security is a bit tense, with black people gathering everywhere. There are luggage lockers on the ground floor. Single trip €3/4/6 (small/medium/large) We stored a medium luggage for six days and only received four euros. Breakfast doesn't change much every day but there is fresh fruit. Very cool.

The hotel is located just across from the train station Brussels Midi. The price is affordable. However, some of the staffs were not helpful, while others were. For examples: (1) I was next in line for check in but nobody helped me for 15 mins and when finally a staff asked me what I needed and then told me that the hotel was fully booked and the check-in was only available after 3 pm without checking their computer. But, I saw guests after me were all checked in (before 3 pm). So, I asked another staff if it was possible to check in earlier, and the answer was yes. How could they give different info? (2) I asked some ice cubes because my friend sprained his ankle, and she was very helpful and gave me a bag of ice cubes.

One of the three most dangerous train stations in Europe. As soon as you get off the train, the whole place smells like urine. Homeless people urinate and defecate on the street. The hotel is surrounded by black people downstairs. It is very dangerous. The sirens sound every half an hour. I don't understand why Ctrip recommends it and has so many good reviews. It is very dangerous. Don't book it when you travel. Please stay away from this train station. If it is convenient to take the train, it is ok. The hotel has security.
