It was a great hotel, but there was sand on the sheets. Still, the polite service made the hotel stay comfortable. The breakfast had a special bread. It was delicious.

The room was nice and wide. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room to a superior room on the fifth floor with a view of the rooftop of the Grand Square. The facilities are complete, the shower room has a lot of hot water, the shower is very comfortable, there is a hot water kettle, and a bottle of mineral water is provided. Just the pillow is a bit short.

Good near to grand place but no car uber or taxi allowed to go near to hotel si have to bring big and heavy luggage together. Room is spacious and fully equiped. Quite satisfied. Cafe at hotel lobby is available with varities of foods and easy accessible to near train station grand place.

The location is great, very safe, and there are many restaurants nearby. The waiters are very nice and friendly and can help send postcards. The hotel lobby is already a restaurant where you can have morning and afternoon tea.

I had a very comfortable stay. Everyone at the reception is kind and will explain everything until you understand. Breakfast was also delicious. I checked in exactly at 3pm on a Saturday. The procedure took about 25 minutes. I think he was busy.

Services and locations are good. The hotel is close to The Grand Place and Brussels Central Station which only need few minutes walk. The staff are nice to explain everything. It needs to cross the cafe in lobby to take elevator. *The toilet has a big different from the photos provided. * but the room is quite clean and don’t have dust.
