Charming place with welcome and quality room! Everything was clean and the reception is a good place to live. We were able to take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and cafes, which was a plus! Thank you very much for allowing us to have a pleasant stay.

I was unable to check in due to the terrorist attack, and the hotel was unwilling to refund or extend my stay, which was infuriating. Even Eurostar can be extended, but this hotel is unwilling to do so, which is really unreasonable.
