位置很好，離central不遠，步行七八分鐘，腳步快點的五分鐘，在貝爾長廊和小路的交界處上，旁邊一把吃生蠔貽貝海鮮的餐廳，房間空間算比較大了，也有燒水壺咖啡機，就是浴室沒有個遮蔽，洗澡很容易水滲出來，早餐就那樣吧，三文魚不太新鮮，可頌🥖之類的看看就飽了🤣蜂蜜火腿都比較原始，啥添加都沒有~人家主打一個健康😏

Superb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel.
Rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard.
The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel

The building is historical and people want to feel the history by staying in this building. But considering that it is a hotel and the service is bad, it becomes disappointing. We only stayed for 2 nights. To live history. we didn't want to stay too long

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The staff at reception were fantastic. Really delighted with this place. It was safe, clean, quiet, close to everywhere we wanted to go, the decor was great and we felt so welcomed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fabulous hotel in Brussels

Prima accommodatie. Moderne en erg ruime kamer (optie met kingsize bed), met heerlijke douche en bad, Nespressomachine en waterkoker.
Middenin het centrum met alles op loopafstand. In de winter (Kerst) was de omgeving gezellig druk, in de zomer mogelijk (erg) toeristisch.
Personeel vriendelijk, maar niet veel gesproken.
Het is wel wat gehorig: gestommel uit andere kamers en soms wat geluiden van buiten, als het druk is. Maar dat past bij de locatie en met gesloten ramen is het geen groot probleem (verwarming en airco aanwezig).
Ontbijt hebben we op andere plekken genomen, genoeg opties in de directe omgeving.
Bij een volgend bezoek aan Brussel, overwegen we dit zeker weer!

Great location, and wonderful to be part of the Galeries. We were on the 4th floor, with shuttered windows looking out onto the glass roof of the Galeries - so it was very quiet, and comfortable. Stylish furnishing, good breakfast, and lovely staff. It feel that they're taking some shortcuts that shouldn't be necessary at these prices. Three nespresso capsules between two..just two teabags (one green, one camomile). Some scuffing and dust. Towels oddly small and tired.
